In 2019, Dan was a line chef with an obsession for the perfect wing and Priya was the friend who kept telling him to do something about it. They bought a tired old van, painted it black, and spent a whole winter perfecting a hot honey that people still message us about.
The first market sold out in two hours. The second in ninety minutes. Before long, people were asking if we'd come to their birthday, their wedding, their office summer party.
Today we're still small, still independent and still frying every wing to order. Same van, bigger crew, five sauces — and the same simple belief: great food makes great memories.
